How do I care for and maintain my Duroflex mattress?
We recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees every 3 months to ensure even wear. Always use a waterproof mattress protector to prevent stains and moisture damage.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Our mattresses come with a limited warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years, covering manufacturing defects and structural sagging greater than 1.5 inches.
Can I request a custom-sized mattress?
Absolutely. You can provide your specific bed frame dimensions on our 'Custom Size' page, and we will craft a mattress tailored to your exact requirements.
